Who is responsible

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. It loads no fonts or scripts from other companies.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, USA. To deliver the pages, Netlify processes technical data such as your IP address, the time of the request and your browser type in server logs. This is necessary to show you the website and to keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Netlify keeps these logs only for a short time. Data may be processed in the USA; Netlify's data processing agreement includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for this.

Email

If you write to us, we use your message and email address only to answer you. Our email runs on Google Workspace (Google LLC). We delete messages when they are no longer needed, unless we must keep them by law.

Our products

Our apps have their own privacy policies, for example the one of LINEAGE.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. You can object to processing and file a complaint with a data protection authority. Just write to legal@eighteighteensoftware.com.
